Description

Moscadeddu - Dettori - Prodotti di Sardegna

Production process: The grapes were harvested by hand and transported in crates in our Refrigerated Truck Fiat 100. The grapes were de-stemmed and macerated only for ten days at a controlled temperature. Decanting and maturation took place in small concrete tanks until bottling in May / June. The wine was neither fined nor filtered or stabilized. Bottled by hand. Once bottled the wine is aged in a warehouse in a strictly controlled temperature.

Leave the bottle after transport. The wine was not filtered clarified it. Any residues are natural.

Wine fully produced and bottled at the origin in the production area by Dettori, Sennori (SS), Sardinia. Italy.
