Sos Molinos is a craft pasta factory that was created to reproduce the flavors of the ancient past.

Sos Molinos uses for its productions only fresh and raw materials, mainly of the territory, with no preservatives, colorants and GMO.

The breed Sardo-Modicana, better known as Bue Rosso, is a wild cow that lives in the wild, throughout the year, born from the crossing between local animal strain podolico and Modicana joints from Ragusa. Because of its excellent milk and tasty red meat, at the end of the nineteenth century was very popular in France.
