Sos Molinos is a craft pasta factory that was created to reproduce the flavors of the ancient past.

Sos Molinos uses for its productions only fresh and raw materials, mainly of the territory, with no preservatives, colorants and GMO.

Borage leaves are used cooked, which are used in many regional dishes to soups, stuffed ravioli, cakes and omelettes. Typical is the consumption in pancakes of flowers and leaves. Cooking eliminates the hairs covering the leaves.
