Abbamele - Liune - Sardinian honey

Features of organic honey: 

We offer on our e-commerce an ancient Sardinian preparation, which results from the processing of honey.

Abbamele, or Sapa honey. Obtained by dissolving the combs containing raw honey and pollen, everything is cooked for about 6 hours with the addition of lemon orange (juice and zest) quince. So you get a concentrated, flavored with melted particularly rich in iron. Ideal to prepare and decorate cakes. Great on seadas, ice cream and cottage cheese.

The abbamele is one of the oldest food products of the rural culture of Sardinia. It is a derivative of honey which the method of the traditional production following processing phases that last several hours.
