Sardinian pork ham - Salumificio Monte Arci - Local charcuterie

Sardinian raw ham, produced in Sardinia by hand from Salumificio Monte Arci, in Grighine

Our pork ham is produced from the legs of carefully selected pigs, carefully salted and seasoned for long months, then observed and controlled with care and dedication.

The recipe is of course the traditional Sardinian one.

The types we produce are three:
- Sgambato with green pepper (Pepato);
- Sgambato stuccoed;
- Boneless pressed.

The product is supplied whole, vacuum packed

Sardinian pork ham - Salumificio Monte Arci

The cured meats of Salumificio Monte Arci are obtained from a skilful combination of lean meats and a low percentage of fat combined with a balanced dosage of Mediterranean aromas and spices.

Simple taste, like that of the past, lovable and inspired by ancient recipes of rural Campidano production, however marked by the taste unique that only the "Monte Arci" can give.
