The original experiments in the use of sapa from native grapes of Nicola Perra, know how to reach peaks of absolute olfactory-gustatory finesse. This BB9, is characterized by sapa from Malvasia grapes. Olfaction is rich, with vinous notes, citrus and tropical fruit, passion fruit in the first place, conferred by sapa and a skilful blend of German, American and New Zealand hops, and so a unique bouquet is offered. The BB9 releases a truly remarkable fruity taste on the palate, which is a prelude to a decidedly bitter aftertaste, dry and persistent with spicy pepper tips.
Beer from haute cuisine in the style and Barley philosophy, dry aftertaste with a peak of freshness and flavor in addition to clean your tongue, resists the greasiness and heaviness of fatty foods and sharp succulence. The wide range of diverse Sardinian cuisine and the above-mentioned characteristics of BB9 will be paired with the cuisine of both "land" and "sea".
In the first case, from pasta to meat as culurjonis topped with rich meat sauce or the rut with a tomato sauce, sausage and cheese or “pecora in cappotto”. In the second case, excellent with seafood and raw fish, but I would attempt a daring combination with the scabecciu fish, hard to be matched with wines.
