Surrau - Vigne Surrau - Sardinian food products

Features:

A wine with an intense ruby red color with violet hues. Obtained from the vinification of grapes vinified in traditional steel tanks at a controlled temperature. Mature for a few months in large Slavonian oak casks and further refined in the bottle.

It has an intense bouquet with hints of ripe fruit and light spicy notes and Mediterranean scrub. The taste is warm, with good acid-tannin, good structure and persistence. A wine for pasta dishes with rich sauces, roasted meats, cheeses semi-fat medium-aged.
