Ba.Bo. is a Sardinian red wine produced from native red grapes cultivated in the Sarcidan, Santu Teru, in limestone-clay soils a hill setting, ca. 400 m asl.

Grapes grown without substances synthetic chemistry, hand-picked and
destemmed, fermented naturally in open veins without the addition of yeasts
selected. The refined wine for 24 months in barriques and tonneaux not first
passage, it is not filtered.
