Features:

Asparagus grow spontaneous over the mountains and plains near Villacirdo, during the autumn months. Only the best ones are cut and more consistent. For the cream are used only the tenderest, to create a velvety tips that can keep the wild flavor of this delicious vegetable.

The asparagus cream has a strong taste, renowned for the beneficial properties of asparagus. Ideal on bruschetta and a good carasau bread, not even disdain a pairing with a pecorino cheese.

Asparagus grow especially in the shadows, in moist soil, close to the rocks and among the thorn bushes, often close to the vineyards.
