Features:
Pecorino cheese with white texture, tending to straw yellow as the aging progresses, the texture is compact wih sparse holes. Table cheese with a special taste that makes it perfect at the end of meals. The aging varies from 60 to 90 days for the semi-mature, from 6 to12 months for the aged.
If Sardinia is famous for its cheese, the pecorino is certainly the Sardinian cheese par excellence. So as to appear as a mark of identity typical of the island.
