Bresca in Sardinian language means "honey comb" and since we are beekeepers we always wanted to create a beer using the honey of our beehives; seeking the balance between the sweetness of malt and the bitterness of hops is an alchemy that requires research and untiring trials. We have selected Sardinian organic thistle and orange honeys, combining them with hops from the Yakima Valley (USA) and New Zealand, and a yeast typical of the American "APA" style.
At sight: the Bresca is amber in color, with a very compact and uniform foam.
On the palate: the honeys used characterize the scent of this beer: orange and thistle flowers and notes of ripe fruit; the taste is full-bodied and the balanced bitter note of the hops balances the sweetness of honey and malts.
Pairings: we recommend this beer as an accompaniment to dishes with strong flavors, ethnic cuisine or Mediterranean dishes with sauces and important sauces. Given the aromatic part of the honey, it is a beer easy to match with desserts.
Temperature: the ideal serving temperature is between 8° and 9°
