The olive tree is an important element even in the Sardinian landscape, and many of the plains and hilly areas of the island are in this plant a sort of icon that can be their most authentic character. In Sardinia it is perfect for olive growing and the amount of land currently devoted to its cultivation are to prove it.
Traditionally the island most of the works related to olive was entrusted to men: these were to take care of the cleaning of the land and plowing before the olive harvest.

The company is located in the resort "Peddio" in the heart of one of the most renowned olive growing areas in Sardinia: the "Montiferru" where the terraced hills at about 250 meters high above sea level, the olive trees extend their roots in soil clay and limestone of basaltic origin, beaten by the sun and lapped by the mistral winds that the proximity of the sea makes it moist and temperated. |
