The production of BIO Coratina EVO olive oil by Tenute Donna Vittoria has its roots in the historic agricultural tradition of Gargano, near San Giovanni Rotondo. The company carefully manages centuries-old olive trees, following a rigorous organic farming method that excludes the use of synthetic substances. Olive harvesting is scheduled according to the natural ripening process, ensuring that every stage of the supply chain, from soil management to processing, is focused on preserving the distinctive characteristics of the variety.
