Giuseppe decided to create a good organic olive oil, healthy, traditional but exceptional in taste. The secret weapons: a very valuable territory, hand-picking the olives, cold pressed and meticulous sorting of fruits.

Facing the sea and the countryside, between Sennori, Sorso and Castelsardo, we have a valuable oil, which comes from windy fields in front of the sea, accompanied by the sun and by a careful and passionate work.

Meliddu organic extravirgin olive oil - Giuseppe Brozzu - Italian organic olive oil

Meliddu originates from the hills of limestone placed at the foot of the craggy typical of the coastal area of Sardinia, facing the sun and the sea breeze. The cultivars planted are mostly of the variety "Bosana."

Temperament, fragrance and lightness are typical for the oil from the high hills, perfect for all the plates of good food.

Respect for nature is the principle that guides every stage of production, even at the cost of greater difficulty coping with climate change, the environment and the unexpected.

Organic extra virgin olive oil. The natural characteristics of Meliddu make it ideal for weaning, when it is essential that the food is genuine and nutrient.

The oil Meliddu adheres to the system of traceability according to UNI-EN ISO 22005: 2007 (Certified by Agriqualità).

It certifies that all stages of production take place in the olive groves and farm structures - all located within the north coast of Sardinia - and it meets strict standards. Rules that guarantee the origin of the product which is followed in all phases from the tree to the bottle. The meticulous activities aimed at maintaining the original features provides the consumer the best quality thus obtained.
