Description

Abbamele (Sapa) - Apinath - Sardinian food

Obtained by dissolving the combs containing honey and pollen: everything is cooked for about 6 hours with the addition of lemon, orange (juice and peel) and quince.

The result is a concentrated, flavored, caramel, particularly rich in iron. Ideal to prepare and decorate cakes; impeccable on seadas, ice cream and fresh cheese.
