Features: 

Perhaps there's not such things like Sulcis Iglesiente for tell and expresses Sardinia in all its complexity.

Its landscape voices have been home to shepherds of sheep and goats, generations of miners, excellent wine growers of Carignano, sailors, fishermen and craftsmen.

Hard purpose, telling the Sulcis Iglesiente temper, so we started from the ground, offering some vegetable in oil:

Six jars of 250 gr of artichokes in pure extra virgin olive oil.

Six jars of 250 gr of wild thistles in pure extra virgin olive oil.

Six jar of fava beans, of course emulsified in evo oil.

A form of semi-cooked sheep mixed goat's milk cheese, made by the shepherd Carlo Flore, Monte Accas.

Two bottles of the inevitable carignano with vines bred in Santadi, still ungrafted, Rocca Rubia, Cantina di Santadi.

Then we thought to introduce a note of sweet, sweetness from the bitter notes, expressed by wild arbutus jam, crafted near Fluminimaggiore. Six jars of 190 gr

Finally, we have included the highest expression of carignano, Terre Brune, produced by the winery of Santadi.
