Description

Planargia and Montiferru selection - Inke - Sardinian specials

The selection includes a form of the typical Sardinian Modica cow cheese, the casizolu, produced by the Giovanni Borrodde's mini-diary, Slow Food certified.

Three examples of the wonderful honey produced by Brisi, Sennariolo, in the variety of millefiori, eucalyptus and asphodel.

Six seadas handcrafted by Sos Molinos, in Bonarcado, whose particularity is precisely in his stuffed composed of fresh casizolu.

Two packs of 500 grams of the famous bistoccu bread of Montresta.

Two bottles of a rare example of Malvasia Doc, Salto di Coloras, produced by the oenologist Angelo Angioi (from Magomadas - Tresnuraghes), and an assortment (25 pieces) of the creations of the experimental chocolate craft Sperandri. From Suni, these artisans can melt impeccable Turin's chocolate recipe with ingredients typical of the Sardinian land, as abbardente, myrtle, pompia, pecorino and bottarga.
