Features: 

Orgosa is a Sardinian red wine of Denomination of Controlled Origin made ​​from Cannonau grapes. This wine is produced from grapes of the Farm Orgosa from vineyards located in the countryside of Orgosolo.

The grapes are harvested in the last days of September or early October, the sugar content is 22-23, alcohol level is 15-16.

This allows to work the product during fermentation without added sulfites or yeast. This wine has a content of 10-15 mg of sulfites developed naturally from fermentation. It has to be reminded that in general a content of sulphites equal up to 150 mg.lt is allowed by specifications.

It's recommended for red meat roasts, suckling roasted pig, well tasty cheese. Serve at a temperature of 18-20 ° C.
