Vineyards and method of cultivation: tanca S'Arai, low back.

Land and position: medium hill 150/180 m above sea level, calcareous clay rich in texture.

Age of the vines: 40 years

Siray - Pala - Sardinian wine on sale

Fermentation, maturation, aging: hand picked in the early hours of the morning. Maceration on the skins at a controlled temperature for ten days. completed alcoholic fermentation is conducted the malolactic fermentation and aging in wood of the second and third pass for 8 months. At the same followed by aging in the bottle for three months.

Tasting notes: deep ruby red, almost impenetrable, intense bouquet of red berries, blackberry jam and cherry combined with spicy notes of pepper and leather. Soft tannins and full-bodied, enveloping. Long finish.
