We offer a wide selection of traditional Italian and Sardinian products

Grapes	Cannonau 80%, Cabernet Sauvingnon 20%
Age of the vineyard	30 years
Exposition	South, Southeast
Altitude and soil	Argillaceous limestone of middle of the hill, rich in texture, 200/220 above sea level.
Fermentation, maturation, aging	Harvest during different periods with selection of the grapes in the vineyard, winemaking separately for both varieties. Maceration on the skins with selected yeasts for about 8-10 days at a controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation, maceration, malolactic fermentation, aging in stainless steel continues for a short period, followed by the refinement in precious woods Allieri
Tasting	Intense ruby red color with a violet nail, impenetrable. Aroma of red fruit and hints of spice, coffee and chocolate. Soft and elegant tannins but well-structured and pleasant
Matching and service	Cold cuts, pasta dishes with savory dressing, red meat and medium-aged cheeses - Fiore Sardo Pdo, pecorino cheese, malloreddus pasta and fig jam. Serve at 16-18 degrees, uncork the bottle at least 30 minutes before serving
