Altitude and soil

 Argillaceous limestone of middle of the hill, rich in texture, 200/220 above sea level.

Fermentation, maturation, aging

Harvest during different periods with selection of the grapes in the vineyard, winemaking separately for both varieties. Maceration on the skins with selected yeasts for about 8-10 days at a controlled temperature. After the alcoholic fermentation, maceration, malolactic fermentation, aging in stainless steel continues for a short period, followed by the refinement in precious woods Allieri

Tasting
