Sardinian white wine produced in Dolianova, by Ferruccio Deiana

Bottle - 0.75 l

Dedicated to the good taste of those who love Sardinian quality wines. Important Sardinian white wine vinified in small oak barrels. In this case, it is a fine, indigenous white-berry variety that meets the sweet notes of an autochthonous variety of ancient origins. Excellent with seafood hors d'oeuvres and with roasted and salsa fish dishes.

Soil: Loose, sandy and stony limestone
Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters, moderate rainfall and warm and breezy summers
Harvest: The grapes are harvested manually with gr / l 234 of sugars, in the last ten days of August and the first days of September
Vinification: De-stemming and soft pressing with fermentation in small French oak casks at a controlled temperature of 15 ° C using selected yeasts and batonnage
Aging: For 6 months in barriques and 4 months in bottle
