Wild Fennel liquor made by Distillerie Lussurgesi in Santu Lussurgiu (Sardinia)

Selection results: flowers of wild fennel in the flowering period from July to August.

Features: lime green color, intense and distinctive aroma, mellow, pleasant and fresh taste. It is recommended to drink fresh and / or at room temperature.

Production: infusion of flowers in alcohol and water for a period of about thirty days, filtration and manufacture liquor with sugar syrup.

Technical Data: Grade Alcohol 28% Vol.
