Silbanis - Tema - Prodotti di Sardegna

Silbanis is a white wine Appellation d'Origine Contròlée - Vermentino di Sardegna, made from Vermentino grapes. A wine of brilliant straw yellow color, its bouquet is reminiscent of the flowers along the Mediterranean, particularly fine.

The taste is full, velvety aftertaste long and winding. As an accompaniment to seafood and cheeses.

Vinification

The vinification of white grapes is carried out by pressing and squeezing soft, carefully cleaning the must for settling, fermentation at controlled temperature (18-2 ° C) with selected yeasts and partial malolactic fermentation. After several decanting wines are stabilized in their physical, chemical constituents, filtered and bottled cold

Harvest

The harvest is done by hand, collected in baskets of asphodel, the right degree of ripeness of the grapes
