Dry and full, which lies along a pleasantly sour and bitter, hot and harmonious. Vigorous and velvety

10° C for aperitif, 16° C for dessert

Matching 

Delicious dessert and meditation wine and, if it is served chilled, as an aperitif. It goes well with some Sardinian sweets: seadsas, amaretti and gueffus, and it goes particularly well with the typical mullet roe (bottarga)
