Features of the best Sardinian biodynamic wine:

Tenores, classic red wine. The Canti a Tenores in Sardinia are powerful and impetuous but at the same time sweet and harmonious as our wine indeed. It is an expression of power and elegance of an area. It 's the classic Sardinian wine from Sennori which does not accept compromises.

Production process: The grapes are harvested by hand and transported in crates in our Refrigerated Truck Fiat 100. The grapes are de-stemmed and macerated only for ten days at a controlled temperature. Decanting and maturation took place in small concrete tanks until bottling in May / June. The wine was neither fined nor filtered or stabilized. Bottled by hand. Once bottled the wine is aged in a warehouse at a strictly controlled temperature.

Leave the bottle to rest after transport. The wine was not filtered or clarified. All residues are natural.

Wine fully produced and bottled at the origin in the production area by Dettori, Sennori (SS), Sardinia. Italy.
