From the most mature fruit of the myrtle collected in January and from the wild woods of Sardinia this exclusive jam, strong and with unmistakable flavor, is prepared. We are using myrtle berries pulp, quinces, sugar, honey and lemon juice.

For 100 gr of jam, 76 gr of fruit are used

Pectin, preservatives, flavorings and colorings are not used
