Quince jam - Inke - Sardinian food

The quince jam, prepared by the artisans of Inke Products of Sardinia, gives us a taste of the fruits in all their fullness. It fills the palate and makes us spend the rest of the day in a softer way.

The vegetables have always played an important part in eating Sardinian peoples.
