The quince jam, prepared by the artisans of Inke Products of Sardinia, gives us a taste of the fruits in all their fullness. It fills the palate and makes us spend the rest of the day in a softer way.

The vegetables have always played an important part in eating Sardinian peoples. Their presence in the traditional diet of reason has emerged for very practical reasons: the possession of a vegetable garden, a time, in rural areas, was in fact linked the very possibility of a diet suitable to the needs of the people.
