The flagship product of the Salumificio "Monte Arci", is a product obtained from very lean meats, of the pork loin. It is characterized by a taste of extraordinary finesse, that of products most typical traditional of Sardinia revisited with the unique style "Monte Arci wild taste" that recalls the flavors of the Mediterranean Sea itself in overlooking the company. The product is supplied whole, half or in pieces for free service.
