Smoked tuna - Tharros Pesca - Sardinian specials

In the months from May to September in Sardinia takes place the tuna fishing. During this period occurs the supply of the crude product, which is then dissected and divided in several parts, such as thread, streaky and tarantello.

The company produces a variety of formats suitable Tharros Fishing catering, but also for domestic use, with appropriate subdivisions in pieces.
