Bottle - 0.75 l

Dedicated to the good taste of those who love quality wines. Here we have a red wine of great structure obtained through the scrupulous maceration technique followed by aging in barriques for 18 months.

The noble result is a soft, warm and quite intense wine. excellent with important dishes of red meat, wild game and serious aged cheeses.

Ajana - Ferruccio Deiana - Rosso Isola dei Nuraghi IGT

Land: Calcareous, gravelly and pebbly at 180 meters above sea level in Settimo San Pietro
Climate: Mediterranean, with mild winters, moderate rainfall and warm and breezy summers

Vinification: Careful selection of the grapes, destemming and soft pressing, maceration at a controlled temperature of 22/24 ° C for 15 days with pumping over every 6 hours for 10 minutes
Aging: For 18 months in 225 liter French oak barrels and 8/10 months in bottle
Bottling: in a nitrogen atmosphere; natural cork stopper, 49 x 27 mm
Analytical Data: Alcohol content 13.5-14.5% vol., Total acidity gr / l 5, residual sugar gr / l 2
Characteristics: Ruby red color tending to garnet, intense aromas of ripe fruits and spicy notes, soft, full taste, with elegant tannins and robust structure, savory, harmonious and enveloping
Pairings: Important roasts of red meats, game, aged and spicy cheeses; meditation wine
Serve at 8 / 20ºC
