Grapes	Cannonau and other red grapes from our vineyards
Vines	Planted on granitic soils, hilly, loose, dry and sunny, reared back, with a plant density of 4,500 plants / ha
Average yeld	70 quintals to 31 hectoliters of wine

Harvest	From the second week of September
Vinification	The grapes are dried on racks for about 20 days, then de-stemmed and fermented with maceration in tanks for 6 days at a controlled temperature; there are then various rackings and to follow a short period of aging
