Orassale - Tema - Prodotti di Sardegna

Orassale is a red wine of Denomination of Origin Controllata  - Cannonau, made from Cannonau grapes. A wine of intense ruby red color with purple hues, intense bouquet, with hints of cherry and late berries. The taste is full, velvety, smooth, full-bodied and long. It goes well with meat dishes, roasts and mature cheeses.

Harvest

The harvest is done by hand, collected in baskets of asphodel, the right level of ripeness of the grapes

Vinification

Red grapes are fermented with maceration that lasts for a few weeks at a temperature of 25-28 ° C. After several decanting wines are stabilized in their physical, chemical constituents, filtered and bottled cold
