What the kit includes:

  • Bottarga of Muggine Spanu (approximately 130g baffa): Defined the gold of Sardinia, the Spanu Bottarga is renowned for its perfect consistency and intense but balanced flavor. Produced following craft methods, it is ideal to grate on the pasta or enjoy thin slices on a bed of artichokes.
  • Biological Guttiau Bread Sunalle (Il Vecchio Forno di fonni): Directly from the peaks of Barbagia, the Guttiau bread is the most tastiest variant of the Carasau bread. Thin crispy sheets seasoned with extra virgin olive oil and a pinch of salt. Produced in fonni, the highest municipality in Sardinia guarantees an inimitable fragrance.
