In late summer when the prickly pears turn red and very ripe it is time to start the preparation of our jam. The fruits come exclusively from certified organic farms.

From the pulp, liberated from the seeds, you get an homogeneous paste to which we add a small amount of quince puree, lemon juice and brown sugar.
