Features of this Vermentino: 

Grapes: Grapes native locals.

Vineyards and method of cultivation of vineyards Tanca S'Arai (Serdiana); Is Crabilis (Ussana) sapling traditional and low back.

Age of the vineyard varied from 10/15 to 25/30 years depending on the variety.

Yield: 35-40 quintals / hectare.

Fermentation, maturation, aging: the grapes are dried naturally on the vine by cutting the fruiting plant that stays on for a fortnight. After this period, the grapes are harvested followed by vinification at controlled temperatures of grapes were, with the addition of selected yeasts.

Tasting: intense bouquet, with notes of ripe fruit, dried fruit and honey. The flavor is soft and concentrated, very sweet but balanced with a pleasant finish of almond; persistent taste and smell.
