The Attilio is a brut sparkling wine made from Vernaccia grapes, the first example of sparkling wine from such grapes, through the method of second fermentation in autoclaves (Charmat method), dedicated to Attilio Contini, founder of the winery.
Straw color, bright, with a nice abundant perlage. The nose is delicate and elegant, with pleasant fruity notes and floral background. The palate is a fresh wine, with good tasty and persistence
Attilio Rosé looks pale and a fine and constant pink.
The nose of the scents are fragrant and inviting: wild strawberries, little rosebuds, and slight notes of bramble.
In the mouth it is a fresh, sparkling and lively, delicate and fragrant, good freshness and flavor, and delicate aromas and some persistence.
