Description

Paglia - Sardinia Wines - Prodotti di Sardegna

Light yellow with silver highlights and good density. Broad nose with hints of white flowers spring youth, ripe banana, bit of incense. Large palate and exuberant with notes of freshness that prevail physiologically given the young age of this Vermentino.

Powerful structure and backbone that calls for a new taste in late summer with a promise to be a great white. At the moment we can enjoy with soups from seafood, lobster spaghetti, soups summer, creamy cheeses. Alcohol content: 14% Vol.

The grapes are fermented with a brief maceration on the skins and a sharpening steel
