Brown Elettra Rice, belonging to the family of "Superfine", is highly regarded as a significant source of fiber. It shows a slender grain honey-colored intense flavor, with the typical fragrance of aromatic rices. It is obtained through a process that removes only its outer coating maintaining unchanged all the nutritional properties. the grains tend to remain al dente and well detached from each other, in order to reduce the preparation time is recommended to cook in a pressure cooker or soak 12 hours before baking. It is ideal for a balanced diet.

Occupation: its properties make it perfect for preparing soups, stews, rice salads, soups and risottos. It is advisable to rinse the rice under running water before use.
