Made from small tuna caught in the pristine waters, our threads and the soft firm flesh, are aged in water, salt and natural flavors for 6-8 months before being stored in pure olive oil.

We recommend either individually or in a fantasy of fresh vegetables in a salad, or with the classic addition of cannellini beans and finely chopped onions.
