The favorable climate and the combination of traditional pressing and the cold extraction method result in our harmonious Extra virgin olive oil. Its intense fruity flavor reveals traces of aromatic herbs and artichoke with a bitter-spicy sensation.
We have been dealing with olive growing since 1913. Thanks to our experience handed down from father to son and to our latest generation oil mill, we carry out all the stages of processing in an accurate and rigorous way with the commitment and the will to ensure that the best becomes excellence .
Our "SA MOLA" extra virgin olive oil is the result of the Cadoni family's strong attachment to their country traditions. For over four generations, our family has grown, collected and processed the varieties of "Bosana", "Tonda di Cagliari" and "Pizz'e Carroga" olives, strictly native varieties that grow in the olive groves of the island of Sardinia, the heart of the Mediterranean. Our production is around 10,000 liters of quality extra virgin olive oil packaged in different formats. We recently wanted to diversify our offer by producing a line of flavored oils with herbs and plants typical of our territory. We also organize guided tours of the company with tasting of company products in various interactive activities.
