This particular type of sauce is for strong, skilled palates, for people who do not let themselves be scared by a splash of ink like a paragogue or a sea bream. Sauce with a deep, decisive sea taste, ideal for seasoning durum wheat spaghettoni, obviously, drawn in the grace of God, to bronze.
