Description

Barriu - Vigne Surrau - Prodotti di Sardegna

Ìö ottenuto dalla vinificazione di uve tradizionali. La macerazione delle bucce nel mosto viene protratta per circa tre settimane per permettere la cessione delle sostanze nobili e del colore. Affina per dodici/sedici mesi in fusti di rovere francese e dopo l'imbottigliamento riposa in vetro per alcuni mesi, per rivelare ai nostri sensi tutta la sua personalità.

Rosso rubino tendente al granata, con sentori di frutti rossi maturi e di confettura. Note vegetali di macchia mediterranea. In bocca ̬ elegante, morbido, persistente e lungo nel finale. Vino da arrosti importanti, carni alla griglia, formaggi a pasta semidura.

Alcol: 14,00% Vol.

Acidità totale: 5,7 gr/litro

Estratto secco: 32,6 gr/litro
