Prexu, Sardinian red wine made of Syrah in purity, by Cantina Lilliu.

Prexu - Cantina Lilliu - Sardinian red wine

Cultivated with the techniques of synergistic agriculture in dry farming, Syrah has perfectly adapted in the clayey and calcareous soils of Marmilla (Sardinia), developing an expression of surprising terroire.

The Prexu is so characterized by a range of spices that will take you on a journey of suggestions: from the ancient Mesopotamia - from which the Syrah comes, to the heart of the Mediterranean, in Sardinia. With an exotic aftertaste but with a decidedly Sardinian character, the Prexu has a well-structured body, a soft and persistent taste as well as scent of ripe red fruit. Aged in large oak barrels, Prexu is the essence of pure happiness, to be enjoyed.
Aging: 14 months in cask and 12 months in bottle

Organoleptic characteristics: Fruity, intense, fresh, savory, elegant and persistent

Pairings: Ground appetizers, semi-aged cheeses, first courses of earth and fish

Serving temperature: 18 ° C.
