Features of Sardinian red wine:

S'annada is made from grapes of the younger vines of the company. It is a fleshy and solar Cannonau, highlighting a fresh acidity that makes it particularly pleasant to drink. Suitable for white meat meals and medium-aged cheeses, very good when matched with sea dishes.
