Figu morisca - Bresca Dorada - Sardinian liqueurs
Dry stone walls and pricly pear, a picture of Sardinia which always has something to reveal. The plugs defend the sweetness of the fruit clinging to the even more thorny leaves. When the prickly pears reach the maximum vesting period they are collected and put in an alcoholic infusion.
The result obtained is a good liquor, which, in addition to the fruit of "belonging", evokes many other flavors, such as almonds or Muscat grape. Great when drunk cold, delicious accompaniment of the typical Sardinian sweets made with almonds, ice cream or in the fruit salad.
In the production of Figu Morisca colorings, flavorings and stabilizers are not used.
