We have the honor to finally insert in our e-commerce of traditional Sardinian wine the new creation by Simone Sedilesu. Almost 3,000 bottles produced in 2015, 100% Barbagia IGT by Mamoiada.

Sardinian red wine with September grape harvest with a yield of 50 q / ha, spontaneous and cheerful, without enzymes added, neither clarifying nor stabilizing. Absolutely not filtered - you would not believe it - Macerato 20 days full and refined in plain tanks for 10 months. A good 15 degrees with a dry extract of 26 gr.

I forgot: no copper. Sodium sulfide 50 ml / l
