Classification - Monica di Sardegna DOC.
Provenance - An old tradition of island wine from a selection of the best Monica grapes grown in sapling and inexpensive counter-poplar.
Soil composition. Grounds tend to be medium dough, clayey, sandy and limestone.
Grapes - Monica 85%, Carignano 15%.
Climate - Warm-arid in summer, temperate in winter.
Harvest period - Monica grape harvest in regular vintages takes place in the second half of September.
