The characteristics of the wine:

Sentenzia is a white wine IGT, Isola dei Nuraghi obtained 100% Viognier grapes, a white vine originating from the Rhone Valley, in France.

It is known and loved for its rather intense straw yellow color, on the nose the bouquet is elegant and complex, hints of pear, apricot, citrus and flowers as well as the vegetable of the Mediterranean and the minerality due to the terroir. In the mouth it is kept fresh, fragrant, sapid thanks to the extreme proximity to the sea and round structure.

Pairings: At the table it is very well accompanied by oysters, raw seafood, shellfish and fish dishes. Excellent served during the aperitif. Serve at a temperature of 10-12 ° C.
