S'Antigu is an Organic Sardinian red wine produced in Sarcidano, locality
Santu Teru, in limestone-clay soils a hill setting, ca. 400 m asl.
Grapes (Barbera Sarda) grown without substances synthetic chemistry, hand-picked and destemmed, fermented naturally in open veins without the addition of yeasts selected. The refined wine for 12 months in barriques and tonneaux not first passage, it is not filtered.
