With the long-awaited BBevò, Nicola Perra continues the research, which began successfully with BB10, experimenting this time with the use of sapa (cooked must) Nasco, an ancient fortified wine in the area of Cagliari, near Maracalagonis.
Clean and fine nose, in which we capture bits of white grapes and bitter fruit, bitter almond and a clear hint of healthy heat created by clear notes of cherry liqueur. In the palate it fully confirms the characteristics of delicacy and gentleness and also confirms the fruity notes of grape and cherry and bitter almond, enriched with herbs and pepper tips as well as predictable notes of dried fruit and toffee.
